This coastal lugger, probably Macassan, is an excellent exampe of post-contact Aboriginal rock art; it is estimated to have been painted about 300 years BP (before present i.e. before 1950). The Nanguluwur art site is in the Northern Territory's Kakadu National Park. *Editorial use only.
